Privacy policy

We collect what we need to run your AI employees and nothing more. Your data lives in Supabase, model calls go through a gateway to AI providers, and we never sell your data. Email us and we delete your account and its data.

Account data, your email, company name and settings, the content you give your AI employee, instructions, uploaded documents and chat messages, the work it produces, drafts, replies and activity, connection data for the tools you link, kept encrypted and used only to act on your behalf, and billing records handled by Stripe. We never see full card numbers.

To run the service: generating your AI employee's work, showing it to you for approval, sending the notifications you'd expect, a draft is waiting or a payment failed, and keeping usage within your plan. We don't sell your data and we don't use your private business content to advertise to anyone.

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). To operate Jobr we rely on a small set of subprocessors:

• ·Supabase: Database, authentication and file storage
• ·Vercel: Hosting, and the AI Gateway that routes model calls
• ·AI model providers (Anthropic, Google): Generate your AI employee's outputs, reached through the gateway
• ·Stripe: Payments and subscription billing
• ·Resend: Transactional email
• ·Composio: Managed connections to some third-party tools

Plus the services you choose to connect, like Google, Slack, and any other tool you link. Once connected, your AI employee reads and writes data there on your instruction, under those services' own terms.

When your AI employee works, relevant context, instructions, the message it's answering and snippets of documents you uploaded, is sent to AI model providers through the gateway to generate the output. Outputs can be wrong. The product defaults to human approval before anything reaches your customers. See the terms.

We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account, email contact@jobrco.com from your account address. We delete your company's data from our systems, except the minimal records we're legally required to keep, like invoices.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is scoped per company at the database layer, row-level security, and connector credentials are stored server-side out of reach of the browser. We hold no compliance certifications today and won't claim any we don't have.
