where does my employee get its answers?
from your knowledge: synced website pages, uploaded documents, shared company instructions and each employee's own rules. keep those current and the replies stay accurate.
how do i add another employee?
open AI employees and hire one from the catalog, or describe a custom role. each active employee is billed on your plan and adds 300 included actions to the company pool.
who can approve actions that make a change?
an owner or a builder on the workspace. plain members can review and approve plain drafts, but write and billing actions need an owner or builder.
